On my previous post, Helen commented that from my photos, I could almost live in a ‘snow-free, wind-free, rain-less part of England’. I can assure you that this is most definitely not the case! You just don’t see pictures of me wearing my duvet coat zipped up to my nose battling the gales walking to school ;) Wearing a coat obviously hides whatever outfit is underneath, so unless I want to show the coat itself I usually whip it off for photos. You’ve all seen a black leather jacket before, nothing fascinating there. I’d rather be able to see pretty cheetah print sleeves!
As I’ve mentioned before, Topshop sell a few pieces per season in a bunch of colours, which always seem to be good basic staples. This dress is another example; it was everywhere in 2011. I remember wearing it for the first time to our German Exchange 30th Anniversary celebration, where my 13 year old self had to give a thank you speech, in German. I was pretty nervous! Needless to say I wasn’t so nervous wearing it for a chill day of revision and catching up on general stuffs.
Time for me to go whack a colour on my hair and re-read (and re-read…and re-read) my biology and philosophy revision whilst it develops. Whilst eating a snack and most likely tweeting. Queen of multitasking I am!

11th December 2013 at 4:06 pmLily I love all the pieces here – especially the cheetah print shirt – but it’s how you’ve put them all together that’s so genius. A job as a stylist beckons you methinks… meantime, get on with your revision, sweetie!!! 😉
