“What did you get to do today?”
Christmas bootcamp class! I heard this afternoon about the one-off freebie class and thought I might as well; I’d already done a lower body workout this morning but like I said yesterday, shredding and all! So basically I won’t be able to walk tomorrow. Was fun though, 50 or so people – kids and everything – Christmas clad and really going for it in those tabatas. Justified the freebie mince pie afterwards too since it was my second workout of the day! I know in last week’s post about body image I said ‘I love foody treats too much and would never deprive myself’, but I also said that I reckon I could get pretty trim if I put my mind to it, so I’m giving it a shot. Go hard or go home right? Might as well try pushing myself, just because I can. I love how all sorts of happenings go on around this time of year too. Nice for every week to be different. 🙂
Oh and I know I’m running a little behind (finishing a November writing challenge in December, well done me) but such is life!
**photo from almost a year ago… will hopefully have updated fitness ones soon! Tonight was not the night 😉 **

2nd December 2014 at 8:36 pmGoing well! I worked out every day last week apart from Saturday and Sunday, but I was away over the weekend.
I couldn’t get up at 4:30 this morning, so I did my workout when I got in from work today.
What type of workouts do you do in the mornings?

7th December 2014 at 2:17 pmGo you! 4:30 would be a bit extreme even for me too.
I pretty much always use FitnessBlender videos, and HIIT is my most often choice. I do lots of strength training with free weights and pilates style exercise.
